To become a spirit-led, Christ focused community of faith that brings the coming kingdom of God to the present time and place, through the transformation of lives, families, communities through worship, discipleship, service and outreach.
Seeking God in all that we do, Trusting His word 2B1 with Him. (1 Corinthians 6:17 )
2B1 with God: We believe that our ultimate purpose is to walk in intimate relationship with God through Jesus Christ, being united with Him in spirit, truth, and obedience. As we remain in Him, our lives are transformed by His presence, and we are empowered to reflect His character and will. This spiritual oneness is cultivated through worship, prayer, and aligning our lives with the Word of God (1 Corinthians 6:17).
2B1 in the Church: We are committed to walking in unity within the Body of Christ. Every believer has a vital role in the Church, and together we grow in love, maturity, and purpose. As we honor the diversity of gifts and callings, we seek to preserve the unity of the Spirit and reflect the heart of Christ to one another and the world (Ephesians 4:3).
2B1 in the Community: We believe that the Church is called to live missionally in its community, demonstrating God’s love through service, justice, generosity, and compassion. As salt and light, we actively engage our neighborhoods and cities, seeking peace and the common good while pointing people to the hope found in Jesus (Matthew 5:16, Jeremiah 29:7).
2B1 in the Kingdom: Our lives are dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of God on earth. This means living with an eternal perspective—sharing the gospel, making disciples, and stewarding our lives for the glory of Christ. We seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that everything we need will be added to us as we walk in obedience (Matthew 6:10, Matthew 6:33).
The Word of God: We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the foundation of our faith and the final authority in all matters of doctrine, instruction, and Christian living. God’s Word is sufficient to equip every believer for righteous living and faithful service (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
The Nature of God: We believe in one true and living God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and co-eternal, each fully divine and perfectly united in essence and purpose (Matthew 28:19).
The Person of Jesus Christ: We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of the world, rose bodily from the grave, and now reigns at the right hand of the Father. Jesus is fully God and fully man, the eternal Word made flesh (John 1:1, John 1:14).
Salvation by Grace Through Faith: We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received by faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is not the result of human effort, but the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit, who convicts of sin, draws the heart, and brings about spiritual rebirth (Ephesians 2:8–9).
The Ministry of the Holy Spirit: We believe in the present and active ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells every believer, sanctifies the heart, and empowers the Church for life and ministry. We embrace the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct and empowering work, as well as the operation of spiritual gifts and the manifestation of signs, wonders, and miracles as seen in the early Church (Acts 1:8).
The Five-Fold Ministry: We affirm the ongoing work of the five-fold ministry—apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—as gifts from Christ to equip the Church for maturity and mission. These ministry offices are essential for training believers, advancing the gospel, and building up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11–12).
Healing and Deliverance: We believe in the power of healing and deliverance as part of Christ’s redemptive work. Jesus came to restore, heal, and set the captives free. By His sacrifice, we have access to spiritual and physical healing, as well as authority over demonic oppression in His name (Isaiah 53:5, Mark 16:17–18).
Water Baptism: We affirm water baptism by full immersion as an essential step of obedience for every believer. It is a public declaration of faith, symbolizing death to sin and resurrection to new life in Christ. Baptism follows genuine repentance and serves as an outward sign of an inward transformation (Matthew 3:16).
The Return of Christ: We believe in the imminent, bodily return of Jesus Christ to earth. At His coming, He will judge the living and the dead, gather His Church, and establish His eternal Kingdom. This is the blessed hope of every believer, and it compels us to live in holiness, readiness, and joyful expectation (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17)
